This regional course examines the spine and thorax as the central axis of human movement, breath, and postural alignment. Students explore vertebral structure, spinal curves, intervertebral joint mechanics, rib articulation, thoracic mobility, and breath dynamics. Through movement labs and palpation practice, students learn how spinal and rib functions influence comfort, gait, alignment, and therapeutic bodywork outcomes.
