This 24-hour course trains students in the technique, pacing, presence, and polish required to deliver exceptional Swedish massage in a spa or wellness context. Students will learn proper body mechanics, full-body massage sequencing, pressure adaptations, and the five classic Swedish techniques: effleurage, petrissage, friction, tapotement, and vibration. With a focus on graceful draping, seamless transitions, and high-end client care, this course prepares massage therapy students to deliver professional, luxurious, and safe Swedish massage services.
