This regional anatomy course explores the intricate relationships of the shoulder girdle and arm β a complex, mobile region essential to lifting, reaching, weight-bearing, and expressive movement. Students study scapular positioning, rotator cuff anatomy, glenohumeral mechanics, arm musculature, and common dysfunctional patterns such as impingement, protraction, or instability. Labs include palpation, motion testing, structural mapping, and movement observation to develop both clinical and somatic literacy.
In-person or live online; lecture, anatomical models, movement labs, palpation practice, and assessments
