This 8-hour intensive explores the vital components of professional behavior and therapeutic relationship-building in massage and bodywork. Students will examine credentialing, scope of practice, laws and regulations, and how communication, relating style, and awareness of psychological defenses impact the safety, integrity, and healing capacity of each session. Interactive exercises, reflective inquiry, and practical tools empower students to show up with clarity, skill, and presence in every professional interaction.

This insightful course guides students through the essentials of cultivating and maintaining effective therapeutic relationships in massage therapy. Students explore professional credentials, legal frameworks, scope of practice, communication styles, and psychological factors influencing therapeutic interactions.
