Traditional Thai massage, often called "lazy person's yoga," combines elements of acupressure, yoga, and rhythmic compression to create a unique therapeutic experience that promotes balance, flexibility, and wellbeing. Unlike Western massage modalities, Thai massage is traditionally performed on a mat with clients fully clothed and without oils.
