Expanding the Healing Dance—Exploring Depth, Rhythm, and Integration

Building upon the foundational skills learned in Week 1, this 40 hour course guides students through the next layer of Traditional Thai Massage practice, including side-lying, prone, and seated positions. Students will explore progressive techniques to access the posterior body, lateral structures, and the spine with therapist-safe body mechanics and deepened therapeutic intention. In addition to posture-based instruction, this course emphasizes fluid transitions, rhythm, therapeutic breath awareness, and adaptability for clients with diverse needs. Students will also refine their understanding of Sen energy lines, integrate stretches appropriate to the spine and shoulders, and continue to cultivate presence, mindfulness, and compassion in therapeutic touch.
