Blending traditional zone therapy and Thai-inspired reflex points with modern spa massage techniques, students will learn a full 30–60 minute protocol appropriate for both clinical and spa settings. Students will explore the theory of foot reflexology, learn to locate and stimulate reflex zones, apply pressure with care and precision, and combine these with flowing leg massage strokes to improve circulation, lymph flow, relaxation, and energetic balance.
