Touching Two Heartbeats – A Nurturing Approach to Prenatal Bodywork

Touching Two Heartbeats

MASS-0306 - Touching Two Heartbeats

A Nurturing Approach to Prenatal Bodywork

Pregnancy transforms the body into a vessel of creation—fluid, resilient, and profoundly sensitive. Therapeutic Pregnancy Massage is an invitation to meet this transformation with presence, compassion, and informed, nurturing touch.

In this one-day immersion, participants will learn to safely and skillfully support pregnant clients through every trimester, using both clinical knowledge and intuitive care. With a focus on anatomical adaptation, postural shifts, circulatory support, and emotional holding, students will explore therapeutic techniques that ease the common discomforts of pregnancy while honoring the sacred transitions of gestation.

This is not just a course in technique—it is a deep practice in holding space for transformation, for two heartbeats in one body, and for the strength and vulnerability that dance in the pregnant form.

This focused course equips massage therapists with specialized knowledge and skills to effectively support clients experiencing menopause. Students will explore the physiological, emotional, and energetic changes associated with menopause and learn therapeutic massage techniques tailored to address common menopausal symptoms. This integrative approach emphasizes holistic care, enhancing overall well-being and comfort during this significant life stage.
