Therapeutic Myofascial Release Techniques for the Elbow, Forearm, Wrist and Hand

Therapeutic Techniques for the Elbow, Forearm Wrist and Hand

MASS-0214 - Therapeutic Techniques for the Elbow, Forearm Wrist and Hand

Honoring the Hands that Hold and Create, Restoring Artistry and Grace

The elbow, forearm, wrist, and hand comprise an intricate network of muscles, tendons, nerves, and fascia responsible for fine motor control, grip strength, and functional movement. Due to repetitive strain and digital overuse, dysfunction in this region is increasingly common and frequently misunderstood. In this full-day intensive, students will learn how to identify and treat conditions such as lateral and medial epicondylitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, wrist restriction, and overuse injuries. Emphasis is placed on precise palpation, soft tissue release, joint mobilization, and nerve pathway awareness. The class balances orthopedic understanding with skilled touch, helping practitioners relieve pain, restore function, and support resilience in one of the bodyโ€™s most dynamic regions.
