Neuromuscular Therapeutic Massage: Muscle Energy Techniques (MET) and Neuromuscular Repatterning (NMR)

Teaching the Body to Remember, Guiding Muscles Back to Harmony

This advanced training explores Muscle Energy Techniques (MET) and Neuromuscular Repatterning (NMR)β€”two evidence-based, highly effective systems for addressing chronic tension, pain patterns, and movement dysfunction. Students will learn to identify and correct postural imbalances, joint fixations, and muscular compensation patterns using precise, gentle, and client-active methods. These skills integrate seamlessly into both clinical and relaxation-focused massage practices.
