Nurturing the Rhythm of Being, Breathing Life into Every Cell
The breath is our first and last rhythmโthe invisible tide that shapes every moment of life. The thoracic cavity, home to the lungs and heart, holds not only air but emotion, memory, and immense therapeutic potential. This one-day intensive explores therapeutic massage and manual therapy techniques for the chest wall and respiratory diaphragm, with a focus on improving breath quality, releasing muscular and fascial restriction, and supporting respiratory health. Students will gain hands-on skills to address structural tension, postural collapse, trauma patterns, and conditions such as asthma, shallow breathing, and postural dysfunction. This work is powerful, subtle, and sacred.
