Restoring Freedom’s Reach, Lifting the Weight of Life’s Endeavors
The shoulder girdle and upper limb present a complex interaction of mobility, stability, and vulnerability. This focused one-day course equips massage therapists with clinical and therapeutic techniques for addressing the most common dysfunctions of the shoulder, rotator cuff, scapula, and arm—including adhesive capsulitis, impingement syndromes, thoracic outlet, and overuse injuries such as carpal tunnel and tennis elbow. Students will gain confidence palpating deep shoulder structures, applying precise soft tissue techniques, and creating customized sequences to improve range of motion, reduce pain, and support postural realignment.
