Stability in Motion, Honoring Strength in Every Step
The thigh and knee form the central column of motion between the grounding pelvis and the exploratory foot. They bear our ambitions, carry our weight—literally and metaphorically—and are often sites of chronic pain, injury, and imbalance. This intensive, hands-on course dives into therapeutic techniques targeting the major muscle groups of the thigh—quadriceps, hamstrings, adductors, and abductors—and specific soft tissue strategies for addressing knee conditions, including patellofemoral pain, IT band friction, and postural compensation patterns. Students will leave with a refined toolkit of precise, condition-focused techniques, assessment skills, and clinical reasoning strategies to support effective, customized treatment plans.
