MBLExsplained Part 2: Professional Bodywork

MASS-0392 - MBLExsplained Part 2: Professional Bodywork

A 360° Review of the Professional Practice and Business of Massage Therapy, with emphasis on preparation for the Massage and Bodywork Licensing Exam.

Massage is more than anatomy—it’s a profession. One rooted in ethics, communication, client care, technical skill, legal compliance, and sustainable practice. In this second course of the MBLExsplained series, we dive into the real-world dimensions of massage therapy. Students preparing for the MBLEx will review and integrate the full scope of professional practice, ethics, technique application, assessment, special populations, pathology, pharmacology, and business essentials. We use interactive review methods, case-based learning, group discussion, and mock exam questions to bring concepts to life and ensure readiness—not just for the exam, but for a career grounded in skill, integrity, and confidence.
